Fundraisers

Any civic organization or non-profit group can be a part of
our fundraising program.

How the program works…

The fundraiser offers civic organizations or non-profit groups the opportunity to solicit their members to visit Warren’s Lobster House during a specific time period.  When the customer dines at Warren’s, they present the coupon given to them by the sponsoring agency.  In turn, Warren’s will donate $2.00 per coupon redeemed to the sponsoring organization.

The coupon is valid on the “DINNER” menu only and “DINE-IN” patrons only, provided the person making the purchase presents a fundraiser coupon.

To book a fundraiser…

1. The group leader will talk with a senior manager at least one month prior to the event and complete a Community Fundraiser contract.  They will be offered a one week time period in which coupons will be valid. (you may hold multiple fundraisers September-April provided time slots are available)
   
2. The coupons will be good for $10 OFF any two “DINNER” entrees. (salad bar is excluded as an entrée, they will not be valid on holidays, with group packages or with any other coupon or promotion)
   
3. The group leader is given an agreed upon amount of coupons for distribution with the name of sponsoring agency printed on them.
   
4. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SPONSORING AGENCY TO ADVERTISE AND PROMOTE ITS FUNDRAISER.
   
5. A check will be issued from the corporate office within 2-3 weeks of the end date of fundraiser.
